Yes. We test opacity and stretch recovery at the sampling stage and will move you to a heavier GSM or a double-knit construction if the first sample does not pass.

For daily training we recommend a 240-260 gsm nylon-spandex with 4-way stretch and a brushed or matte finish. For recycled programmes we run recycled polyester-spandex with the same recovery, sourced with GRS-certified options on request.

Yes. High-impact styles are built with a power-mesh inner lining, wider underband and, where required, moulded cups. We sample the support level before bulk so you can wear-test it.

Yes. Coordinated sets are one of our most common projects: we keep the same fabric lot, colour and trim across the bra and legging so the set reads as one product.

Ten pieces per design, and you can combine sizes within the design. Mixed colourways in one style also count toward the minimum.

Yes. We run 320-480 gsm brushed fleece and French terry builds with boxy or oversized blocks, plus 3D puff print, embroidery and woven patches.

Embroidery for a premium textured logo, 3D puff print for streetwear, and screen print for large graphics. We quote all three at sampling so you can compare cost per piece.

Both. French terry has a smooth looped inner face and is lighter; brushed fleece is napped for warmth. We will send swatches of each in your target GSM before sampling.

Yes. Matching sets are usually produced from the same fabric lot and dye batch so the colour matches exactly across the hoodie and the joggers.

Joggers are tapered with a cuffed hem and a closer fit; sweatpants are cut wider and straighter. We can run either block in the same fabric, so you can offer both in one collection.

Yes. Cargo and utility joggers use a ripstop or heavier twill-touch knit with bellow pockets, plus optional zip closures and reinforced bar tacks at stress points.

A 140-160 gsm polyester interlock or polyester-elastane jersey with a wicking finish. It moves sweat away from the skin, holds print well and keeps its shape after repeated washing.

Yes. Anti-microbial and UV-protective finishes are available on polyester and blends; we will confirm the target rating and test method with you before bulk.

Yes - thermal sublimation gives unlimited colours and is permanent on polyester. For cotton-rich tees we use screen print or heat transfer instead.

Seamless knitwear removes side seams and stitches, which reduces chafing and gives a smoother second-skin fit. It also allows zoned compression and rib structures to be knitted directly into the garment.

Yes. Seamless styles usually take a heat-transfer or silicone logo rather than sublimation, and we can also knit a Jacquard brand mark into a waistband.

Yes. Ribbed 2x2 and 4x2 seamless sets - cropped tank plus matching legging - are a regular production line for studio and lifestyle brands.

We produce softshells, windbreakers and bonded mid-layers with DWR finishes and PFAS-free options, plus taped or bonded seam construction. Tell us your target water-repellent spray rating and we will match the fabric and construction to it at sampling.

Grid fleece is the most efficient mid-layer: the grid structure traps warm air while the channels move moisture out. Brushed fleece is warmer and heavier, and is usually chosen for casual outer layers.

Yes. PFC-free and PFAS-free DWR finishes are available on our shell and softshell fabrics, which matters for brands selling into the EU and increasingly into US states with PFAS restrictions.

Yes. We build a compression or mesh liner into the short with a flat-lock finish, and can add a phone pocket to the liner for running styles.

Yes. Tight-fit polyester-spandex and recycled blends, with optional chamois on request and contour or high-waist options.
