Incoming Fabric Check
Composition, GSM, shade and stretch are verified against the approved swatch, with SGS test reports covering colour fastness, dimensional stability and pilling.
Our Dongguan factory runs pattern making, fabric control, cutting, thermal sublimation, digital and silk-screen printing, embroidery, sewing and quality control under a single roof. Here is exactly what sits on our floor.

Each department below is staffed and equipped by us. Nothing is sent out between your sample and your bulk order.
| Department | What it does | Why it matters to you |
|---|---|---|
| Design & pattern making | Tech pack development, fit blocks, grading, trim specification | Your idea becomes a cuttable, repeatable pattern - not an approximation |
| Fabric control | Mill sourcing, swatch approval, GSM and composition verification, shade matching | Fabric is locked before cutting, so reorders match the original |
| Cutting | Fabric spreading, marker planning, die and die-less cutting | Lower fabric waste and consistent panel dimensions across sizes |
| Thermal sublimation | Full-colour, dye-sublimation printing on polyester knits | Unlimited colours, no per-colour cost, print that will not crack or peel |
| Digital print | Small-batch and all-over digital printing | Cost-effective for short runs and complex artwork |
| Silk-screen printing | Plastisol screen print on cotton and blends | Punchy graphics with a soft hand feel on casual pieces |
| Embroidery | Flat, 3D puff and multi-head embroidery | Premium logo execution for hoodies, polos and outerwear |
| Sewing | More than 100 machines including 4-needle 6-thread and dedicated legging machines | Knits, leggings, bras and outerwear sewn to the approved sample |
| Quality control | Fabric testing, in-line inspection, final inspection with written report | Problems are found on the floor, not in your warehouse |

Activewear fails on the details: a leg seam that twists, an underband that rolls, a hem that waves. Those are machine and operator problems, so we invest in both.
Our floor runs more than 100 sewing machines, including 4-needle 6-thread flat-lock units for stretch seams, cover-stitch machines, overlock and bar-tack stations, plus dedicated legging machines and template machines for consistent binding.
Quality is a process, not a final glance. Each order passes three documented inspections before it is packed.
Composition, GSM, shade and stretch are verified against the approved swatch, with SGS test reports covering colour fastness, dimensional stability and pilling.
During sewing, our line QC checks stitch density, seam allowance, symmetry, measurement points and branding placement at defined intervals.
A full AQL-based review of measurements, appearance, packaging and labelling, issued with a written QC report and photos before shipment.
We share the QC report and packing photos with you. Shipment is released only after your sign-off, or against your agreed pre-shipment terms.
These are the fabric tests we run with SGS. Reports are available to buyers on request for the specific fabric and lot in your order.
Protects printed and dyed knits from fading in outdoor and window-facing use.
Keeps brand colours consistent through repeated home and commercial laundering.
Controls shrinkage and growth so your size chart stays accurate and returns stay low.
Keeps leggings, hoodies and fleece looking new after repeated wear and washing.
Recycled polyester, recycled nylon-spandex and organic cotton options are available, and we can source GRS-certified and OEKO-TEX Standard 100 fabrics through our mill partners on request. Certification documents are issued by the mill for the specific lot we buy - we will pass them to you and we will not present a certificate we do not hold.
If your brand needs a specific compliance document - restricted substances list, PFAS-free declaration, care and fibre labelling for a target market - tell us at briefing and we will confirm in writing what is available for that fabric before you commit to a purchase order.
Video calls from the production floor, live samples sent by courier, or a third-party inspection before shipment - all standard practice for us.
