RIVON SPORTS has manufactured private label activewear and outdoor apparel in Humen, Dongguan since 2009. We are a cut-and-sew factory - not an agent - and we keep design, sampling, printing and sewing in one building so brands can scale without losing control of quality.

A factory built for brands that are still growing.
RIVON SPORTS was founded in 2009 as a knitwear workshop in Humen, Dongguan, and grew into a full private label activewear manufacturer producing leggings, sports bras, hoodies, joggers, performance tops, seamless sets and outdoor layers.
Our clients are activewear labels, gyms, outdoor brands, golf and resort programmes, corporate and teamwear buyers - mostly small and mid-size brands ordering between 10 and 2,000 pieces per style. We built our minimum order quantity around them, because we know that a first order is a test, not a commitment.
Everything runs under one roof: in-house designers and pattern makers, fabric sourcing through long-standing mill partners, cutting, thermal sublimation, digital and silk-screen printing, embroidery and more than 100 sewing machines. That structure is why our samples are ready in 7-10 days and bulk ships in 15-25 days.

Fabrics are SGS-tested for colour fastness, dimensional stability and pilling. Reports are shared with buyers on request.
Design & Development
Pattern Makers In-House, Not On Retainer
Most of our brand clients arrive with a mood board, a reference garment or a half-written tech pack. Our design and pattern team turn that into a graded, production-ready specification before a single piece is cut.
Because the same people who draw the block also sit next to the sewing floor, fit problems are caught in hours rather than in a container.

Shipping documents, commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin are prepared by our export team. Duties and import clearance are the buyer's responsibility unless DDP is agreed.
